3️⃣ Online registration only

Registration is available exclusively via Google Forms published on our social media.
! Phone calls are currently not accepted.

4️⃣ After registration

Once registration is completed, we will:

• publish lists of selected participants, or
• contact eligible applicants directly by phone and invite them to participate

5️⃣ Required documents for your visit

When visiting our help center / support space, please bring:

• a copy of your IDP certificate
• a copy of your tax identification number

Volunteers of the Charity Foundation “Center for Assistance to IDPs and Veterans” in Dnipro have been carrying out an enormous amount of work every day for over four years. They not only provide humanitarian aid but also support the integration of internally displaced persons into the local community and strengthen social cohesion.

Our core hub is the SUPPORT SPACE at 19 Robocha Street — a vibrant place of interaction, care, and trust, where every day brings help to those who need it most.

Our volunteers:

• organize and coordinate queues for aid distribution
• manage phone registrations
• unload and sort humanitarian supplies
• prepare aid packages with food, hygiene products, diapers, and essentials for children and adults
• provide guidance and консультації to people seeking support in a new city

Despite the intense pace of work, our volunteers always find time for a kind word, support, and a smile — because humanity is at the heart of everything we do.

Education, development, and emotional support are just as important as food

We believe that adaptation and a better future begin with access to knowledge and new skills. That is why our foundation implements educational, cultural, and integration initiatives, including:

• Courses on using mobile devices and social media (for middle-aged and older adults)
• Basic computer literacy courses (PC): setup, working with Google services, forms, and messengers
• Creative makeup course for displaced girls — focused on self-expression, self-care, and creativity
• Excursions and cultural trips around Dnipro for children and adults — exploring the city, museums, and history
• Educational activities and celebrations for children, art therapy, thematic meetings, and many other activities

These programs are designed to bring people together, help them overcome isolation, restore self-confidence, and build new friendships.

Every day, volunteers of the Assistance Center for IDPs and Veterans in Dnipro do everything possible to support people from Eastern and Southern Ukraine. Hundreds of displaced families reach out to us daily, and since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Center has supported more than 37,000 families.
